| General Return Policy |
If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you received,
please contact us via e-mail within 30 days of the date you received your order to receive a Return Merchant Authorization
"RMA Number" for refund, store credit or exchange.
We will refund 100% of your purchase price (except where excluded in other Return Policies) as long as items are
in the same resaleble condition as they were shipped, and the item was returned to us within 30 days from the
date you received your order (FEDEX Delivery Date). Please note that all items are inspected for quality and correct
quantity prior to shipment.
Products MUST be returned in their entirety in their original unopened condition. Please note shipping charges
are paid to a 3rd party and cannot be credited or refunded. We do not accept returns for items NOT purchased from our store. We have received returns sent to us that were purchased at other on-line or retail stores. We
can only accept items purchased from our stores. Thanks! |
