Special Order FAQ
Special Orders are items not normally held in our regular inventory, may be out of stock, or discontinued items.

When a customer requests a Special Order, we act as an Agent, to represent the customer in locating a particular item or items. We are not buying for our inventory.

We will notify the customer via email and via written e-invoice of the exact terms of purchase
prior to any Special Order Purchase.

After reviewing the e-invoice, the customer can accept or cancel the purchase.

If the customer accepts the terms confirmed by e-mail approval or thus making successful payment for the item(s) ordered, we will then forward the purchase payment to the contra dealer, distributor, or other 3rd party in order to secure the item(s) for the customer.

In the event the contra dealer or other 3rd party sells out of the item(s) of the intended Special Order Purchase, the Special Order Purchase will be refunded in full.
Delivery Time of a Special Order
Special ordered item can take additional delivery time, sometimes at least one or two weeks or so depending on the conotra dealer or 3rd party's schedule. We will advise in advance what the approximate delivery time may be.
Special Order Returns
Special Ordered items cannot be returned. We will not ship the Special Ordered item(s) unless it meets the quality expectation and description of the purchaser. We will advise you if there is an issue and work with the contra dealer or other 3rd party. 99.99% of the time there are no issues and transactions go smoothly. In the event of an issue, we will work to resolve the issue.
Covered Shipping Insurance
In the event of receiving damaged goods during transit, we can make a claim on your behalf. All high value items are automatically insured due to the small chance of loss or damage during transit. Please note, this insurance does not cover changing mind, or if the item was received OK by the buyer, but later it is broken or becomes lost.
