| Special Order
FAQ |
Special Orders are items not normally held in our regular inventory,
are out of stock, or discontinued items.
When a customer requests a Special Order, we act as an agent for a customer in locating a particular item or items.
Upon customer e-mail approval, we then forward purchase payments to another dealer, distributor, or other 3rd party
in order to secure the item(s) for the customer. |

| Special Order
Returns |
We advance purchase (buy an item for a specific customer), we are
not able to return a Special Ordered item to our source.
Because we made a purchase specifically at a customer's request, there is a restocking fee of 20% on all Special
Order Returns. Additionally, all Special Order items must be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in
the same resaleable condition for store credit only. Purchase or return shipping cannot be credited or refunded.
Some Special Ordered items cannot be returned. We notify this to customer prior to any Special Order Purchase. |

| Store Credit Policy for Special Orders |
| Store credit may be used for any purchase in our Galaxy Store within 12 months
of the original purchase date. Substitute for another Special Order item cannot be accepted. Shipping charges will
apply. |
