| How is Int'l. Shipping Cost Determined? |
| International shipping cost is based on actual box size necessary
to ship, destination and weight of order. Some countries may restrict box sizes. If this is the case, orders may
be shipped in 2 smaller boxes or as necessary. Additional shipping required on multiple shipped boxes. |

| What Areas Cover "International Shipping?" |
| If your shipping address is anywhere OUTSIDE the continental U.S.A., international
shipping will apply to your order. |

| Shipping to Outside the Continental USA: |
| Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or if you have a U.S.
military address are shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured
with delivery confirmation where available. Please see, "If You Are Shipping to:" (bottom right column) for

| We ship all (non-USA) international orders via USPS Global Express
Mail EMS. International shipping includes on-line tracking, insurance, and approximately 5 business days from ship

Our shopping cart currently only calculates basic USA domestic shipping.
Based on our typical international orders, shipping weight tends to be around 8 lbs. including box and packing
materials. Based on this information, one may get a rough estimate on international shipping cost (effective 11-08-2007).

We will email your any re-quote rate if over 5-8 lbs or if a larger, or multiple shipping box(es) are required.

| Automatic Shipping Credit |
| If ordering only, for example, higher end action figures with low
shipping weight, we will review our cost and automatically issue a shipping credit (refund). The amount may vary,
and applies to all international orders over USD $100.00 |

| Current International Rates based on 5-8 lb. small to med box
order. Rates are estimated cost depending
on delivery area. A materials fees (foam packing and or thick industrial grade bubble wrap and basic box) is added
to orders to help better protect items during long distant shipping. Materials fee vary per order from $3.00 (small
box), up to $15.00 (oversized box); plus $5.00 customs forms processing fee. |

| Insurance of up to USD $300.00 is included at no extra charge. A small additional insurance fee may be required
for higher value orders. Most orders are $8-10 above actual shipping cost. Please know this is not profit, this
is to help offset additional shipping costs. International rates may be higher or lower than estimated rates above. |

| How to Place Int'l. Order |
1. Add desired items to shopping cart.
2. Our most common international destinations now have estimated shipping calculated in your shopping cart. Add,
then check out.
3. We will e-invoice you any shipping balance or refund/credit were applicable.

What is a "Confirmed Address?"
A confirmed address is when the credit card billing address matches the shipping address we received with an order.
What if my address can not be "Confirmed?"
Currently, not all international address can be confirmed by our credit card processor. We recommend sending Western
Union Money order if there is difficulty in confirming your address.
