| What is the customs forms/ special processing fee? |
| The majority of our orders are processed via domestic FEDEX. This
is accomplished using electronic software for increased processing speed. Unfortunately, international orders require
"hands on" processing. There is time and labor cost to complete a hand-written special shipping form,
and hand-written customs declaration form. International orders are then trucked and hand delivered to our Postal
Station. Hence, we need to offset some of this additional time, labor and fuel cost in giving special handling
for international orders. |
