| Can I get Free shipping on Wholesale items? |
| In a word, no. Sorry. Due to the fact that cases may be be shipped
separately or re-boxed in larger boxes. There is no free shipping on wholesale items. |

Wholesale Shipping Cost.
We ship cases as close to our shipping costs as possible.
We will e-invoice you prior to shipping of any additional shipping costs. We do offer discounted shipping rates, and
full insurance.
Please be advised that if a shipping balance remains unpaid, or we can not verify a shipping address an order may
be delayed or refunded. |

| Are Wholesale Items Graded? |
| We do not open factory sealed cases intended for Wholesale. Therefore
we do not grade cases. We do inspect the exterior box for any signs of shipping damage, and only ships cases in
good exterior condition. |

| Web Site Wholesale Return Policy |
For items posted on the swfigures.com web site: For any reason you
are not delighted with the order you received, please contact us via e-mail within 30
days of receipt to receive a Return Merchant Authorization "RMA Number" for store credit or exchange.
We will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee (except where excluded in other Return Policies) as long as items
are in same resaleable condition as they were shipped, and the item was returned to us within 30 days from the
original delivery date. Please note that all sealed case items are inspected for quality and correct quantity prior
to shipment.
Factory sealed cases MUST be returned as they were shipped,
in unopened
condition. Please include RMA # on box so we can quickly refund or credit an account as requested.
Returned opened cases (with all correct contents) are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Incorrect or missing contents
are not subject to a cash refund, and buyer would be require to cover reshipping costs. Missing content would be
re-rated at our current full retail sales price for each missing item.
If we erred in an order, such as sending the wrong item(s), we will pay 100% of all return shipping, and all reshipping
costs.
If the Wholesale purchase was returned was due to "change of mind," etc., all shipping, handling, or
insurance charges can not be credited or refunded. |

| When do I get my Order? |
| All in stock orders are normally shipped within 24-48 HRS or by the
next business day with a confirmed address. USA Delivery is normally 1-5 business days from our ship date. International
Orders are up to 5 business day delivery. |
