| Can I get Free shipping on Wholesale items? |
| In a word, no. Sorry. Due to the fact that cases may be be shipped
separately or re-boxed in larger boxes. There is no free shipping on wholesale items. |

Wholesale Shipping Cost.
We ship cases as close to our shipping costs as possible.
We will e-invoice you prior to shipping of any additional shipping costs. We do offer discounted shipping rates, and
full insurance.
Please be advised that if a shipping balance remains unpaid, or we cannot verify a shipping address an order may
be delayed or refunded. |

| Are Wholesale Items Graded? |
| We do not open factory sealed cases intended for Wholesale. Therefore
we do not grade cases. We do inspect the exterior box for any signs of shipping damage. |

| Wholesale Return Policy |
For any reason you are not delighted with the order you received,
please contact us via e-mail within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchant Authorization
"RMA Number" for 100% refund of purchase price less S&H.
Factory sealed cases MUST be returned as they were shipped,
in unopened
condition.
Please do NOT add extra packing tape to box.
Please do NOT attempt to retape box.
We know what factory cases look like, and what original packing looks like. Such added or repackaged tape on box
will be deemed as an "opened box," and a refund would
then NOT be accepted. This is to maintain authenticity
of factory sealed cases.
Factory sealed cases tend to have higher collector values than open boxes, or individual purchases. A verified
sealed case can receive a proof uncirculated or "U" (uncirculated) grade on each figure graded inside
the box by professional 3rd-party graders. They will charge for their grading service. When shipping to a 3rd party
grader they want the box shipped with original factory seals and will verify all authentic seals, or they will
not grant proof uncirculated grade on the figures/ items in the factory box. See their instructions for further
info.

| Are items (cases) that are not currently listed for sale on our website
must be ordered through a vendor, distributor, or manufacturer. Purchasing cases for a customer's own inventory,
personal or other business use is a Special Purchase Order and subject to terms. |
