| General Return Policy: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your order, please contact us via e-mail (CustomerService@swfigures.com)
within 30 days of the Delivery Date to receive an Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) Number for store credit or
exchange. Please note that all items are inspected for quality and correct quantity prior to shipment. Products MUST be returned in their entirety in their original (unopened), resaleable condition and packaging along with your invoice, either the original or a copy. Original or return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. |
| Return Policy for "Special Orders" including Pre-Orders
and Back-Orders: Special Order items are orders placed for items not normally held in our regulatory inventory. Special Orders include high-end Lego Sets (over $75.00) and other items listed as "Special Order" in our SWFIGURES.COM stores. All Special Order items may be returned within 15 days of receipt if unopened and in the same resaleable condition for store credit only. If for any reason a customer changes their mind after placing the Special Order, please contact us via e-mail within 15 days of the original order date to receive a full cash refund as long as the Special Order item(s) have not been shipped during this time. Due to the volume purchase we are required to make, we may forward purchase payments to another dealer, distributor, or other 3rd party in order to secure the Special Order item(s) ordered by the customer. As a result, we can only offer a 100% store credit on the item purchase price if a customer changes their mind or chooses to cancel all or any part of a Special Order AFTER 15 days from placing the original order. Substitute Special Orders for another Special Order will not be accepted. All Shipping, handling, or insurance charges can not be credited or refunded. Please contact customer service before any return to insure your account is credited properly. |
| Special Return Policy for All Items Purchased From the:
Rare and High-End Store To protect and maintain product authenticity, items in the Rare and High-end Store can not be returned for a cash refund. Store Credit is available only if the
returned item(s) are in exact re-saleable undamaged condition, untampered, unopened, etc., within 10 days of receipt.
Because of the value, returned item(s) will be closely inspected for any tampering/ alteration/ substitution, etc.
If any of such evidence is found, no refund or credit will be made, and item to be coded and returned to the buyer
at the buyer's expense. If the return is accepted,
a 15% restocking fee will apply. Buyer MUST notify us in advance of a return or notice of damage within 7 days of receipt or we may not accept any returns. We will set up a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) so you can be credited quickly and properly. Store Credit must be used within 1 year from date of issuance, or balance may be forfeited. (Keeping accounting records for credit over 1 year can become cumbersome and costly, so please use any credit within 1 year.) Please ask us any questions before ordering these high-end and rare items. We can provide additional photos or other documentation if necessary. Insurance verses loss/ damage/ transit is INCLUDED in each item's price. Full insurance is required for any return. Shipping and insurance cost on a return is the responsibility of the buyer. | Received damaged item(s)/ lost item(s) insurance claim policy: All damaged items during transit must be returned with original packing materials or a damage claim may not be honored by our shipper (FEDEX). All damage insurance claims are made directly to FEDEX and are good up to (USA) $100.00 unless additional insurance was purchased at the time of an order. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. Insured lost claims shipped through FEDEX are valid u p to $100.00 value unless additional insurance was purchased at time of order.
