| Shipping FAQ: |
| |
| Why the shipping rate increase? |
| FEDEX. |
| We subsidized (lost money) in 2005 for undercharging for overall
shipping, (box, packaging materials, FEDEX imposed rate increase(s) for home delivery, FEDEX imposed fuel surcharge,
and other related shipping costs) (2006 calculations pending). FEDEX raised rates in 2006 and in 2007; citing increase
in their cost to ship packages (fuel, transportation vehicles, labor, etc.). FEDEX announced about a 5.00% increase
in ground rates for 2008. All other shippers have or will follow citing higher fuel, health care, and other costs. |

| USPS. |
| USPS has raised shipping/ mailing rates in 2006 and 2007, citing
new public law that requires USPS keep a certain amount of money in an escrow account. The passing of Public Law
108-18, was cited as the reason for higher postal rates in 2006. USPS further cited fuel and health care costs
for employees as reasons for increased cost. We expect USPS to raise their rates again in 2008 if oil (fuel) prices
remain high. |
| |
| We try to keep rates close to our cost. |
| We periodically may need to make some shipping cost adjustments as
rates and costs change. We do reevaluate shipping rates based on our total cost of shipping. Thus if our costs
sustain a modest increase or decrease from current rates we do change our rates accordingly. |
