All Vintage items are guaranteed to be authentic. Some items are
more rare than others.
All Vintage "loose" (without original sealed packaging) action figures, "out of box" vehicles,
and other ("opened") vintage items are all considered in "played with condition" unless noted.
Carded action figures, and "loose with card" action figures will have "details" in the description
to note known material wear to the card or figure. Discounts are also noted on item with unique excess wear or
damage to the card or bubble. |

| Vintage Carded and Loose Action Figures |
To maintain authenticity all vintage carded and loose items, vehicles,
action figures are sold "as is."
Items that are shipped in our sealed baggies may be returned as long as the original baggie was not opened, and
original seals are in tact.
Figures (mostly higher-end, near and complete items) that were shipped with our unique serial-numbered tamper-evident
hologram security seals may also be returned as long as seals are intact. The seals help maintain authenticity.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price for returns within 30 days after you received the item. It helps processing
refunds faster if we are notified of a return. Original shipping or return shipping costs are not refundable. |

| To maintain authenticity, all other vintage "loose" toys
and collectibles including, but not limited to ships, vehicles, beasts, puzzles, play sets, accessories, loose
figures etc., are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return mostly because we may not be able to identify
whether that specific item came from our store. Yes, people have attempted to return similar but not same items
bought from another store. Some higher-end items are photographed before shipping. |
