All Vintage items are guaranteed to be authentic. These items are
considered to be uncommon to very rare.
All Vintage "loose" (without original sealed packaging) action figures, "out of box" vehicles,
and other ("opened") vintage items are all considered in "played with condition" unless noted.
Carded action figures, and "loose with card" action figures will have "details" in the description
to note known material wear to the card or figure. Discounts are also noted on item with unique excess wear or
damage to the card or bubble. |

| Vintage Carded and Loose Action Figures |
To maintain authenticity, all vintage carded and loose action figures
are sold "as is." Selected and higher-end items will contain tamper-proof security seals on just the
protective case.
If the security seals are completely in tact, then item may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a
full refund of the purchase price or store credit at customer's option. Original shipping or return shipping costs
are not refundable. |

and collectibles including, but not limited to ships, vehicles, beasts, puzzles, play sets, accessories, etc.,
are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return mostly because we may not be able to identify whether
that specific item came from our store. Yes, people have attempted to return similar but not same items bought
from another store. Some higher-end items are photographed before shipping. |
