About Loose Vintage
Items listed on this page are 26 to almost 30 years old. Originally
intended as kids toys, collectors have sought after vintage Star Wars. Having the original packaging with the toy(s)
complete will tend to have significantly high collector value as opposed to just having the loose item.
The most rare collectibles are those with original seals still fly intact on all parts of the package. These items
can run into the high $100's to low $1000's depending on quality and any professional grading.
These nice loose with box vintage items are a nice was to gain these unique and rear items at a much lower cost.

Includes all 4 black laser guns, working cockpit cover; wings expand
from flat position to "combat mode," hence giving it the X-wing name by just pushing R2's head down.
Pull back the button behind R2-D2, and the wing instantly retract! All original stickers present on vehicle in
decent condition.
We also tested the electronics and found the red "laser light" on the front of the vehicle still worked!
We were not able to hear any sound however. Requires 2 "AA" batteries (not included). Only use fresh
batteries.
Original stickers complete, 98% intact, 1 slight inside wing peal. Vehicle condition: C75. Opening cockpit fits
3 1/4" action figure (originally sold separately. Special Offer below). Also includes original 1977 instruction
sheet. Vehicle measures approx. 12 1/2" wide (wing span) x 13 1/2" long. Open box (C65 box), complete
flaps. |

Fully functioning original Electronic Tie Fighter! Press a button
on the top of either side of the bars that support the wing panels, and wing pops off in a spring action, making
a blast hit effect. Each control button operates independently. Wings reattach to cockpit. Springs still function
excellent, we had no issues during testing.
We also tested the electronics and was shocked that they still worked! Requires a little effort by pushing a lever
on the right spot to activate, "buzz (firing) sound" and red "laser blast" light also comes
on in the front of the vehicle! Requires 2 "AA" batteries (not included). Only use fresh batteries.
Vehicle measures approx. 10 1/2" wide x 9" tall (wing height). Open box (C75+ box), complete flaps, slight
card-board removed from original opening tape off box.
Includes original instruction/ insert sheet. One of the best box conditions we have seen in many, many years. |
