| How do you determine shipping cost? |
| Shipping cost is based on actual box dimensions, packaging materials,
total weight determined by our shipper, and destination. FEDEX imposed home delivery charge, fuel surcharge, and
other charges, included in our shipping rates. Insurance on each box shipped is protected up to $500.00 for loss
or damage in transit through FEDEX. |

| We pack all orders carefully. |
| We use fresh clean packing materials. Shipping includes clean packing
materials which may include either fully biodegradable, water-soluble foam peanuts made from soy and/or cornstarch,
and or or other foam packing materials made from 100% recycled products. We frequently use in combination or may
sub for high quality industrial grade 1" thick bubble pack to protect valuable order or high grade items.
Each order is evaluated for matching appropriate box size, the type and amount of materials used for packing. |

| We have reduced your shipping cost. |
| We have reduced shipping costs by eliminating the FEDEX imposed $2.45
(FEDEX Jan 2011
rate) for "direct signature" on home delivery
packages. At our discretion, especially on all higher-end items, or high dollar orders, we will automatically add
this service at no extra charge. |

| NEW - Automatic Shipping Credit |
| If ordering only, for example, higher end action figures with low
shipping weight, we will review our cost and automatically issue a shipping credit (refund). The amount may vary,
and applies to all domestic USA orders over $75.00 shipped via FEDEX. |
