if shipped within the continental USA. Such orders should
arrive within 3 business days of ship date. Orders are
shipped (98%) on-time, on the same business day if the order is received by 2:00 PM PST/ 5:00 PM EST.
Delivery for this standard service is at no additional charge, however delivery date is not guaranteed. Only FEDEX
or other Express Mail Service offers definite guarantee delivery time. |

For Guaranteed Time Delivery Offer we must have a confirmed
street address. This address must correspond to your
credit card billing address used with your order. If you have a P.O. Box, APO, etc., as your confirmed credit card billing
address, e-mail us to ship to an alternative address. FEDEX does not ship to P.O. or APO
Boxes. We will e-mail a confirmation of our shipping date which can also be tracked on the Internet at: FedEx.com |

| (1) If an official U.S. holiday occurred on or during a FEDEX shipping
day, delivery will be the following business day after the holiday schedule where 5 business days are counted.
Other Exemptions: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, anywhere outside the USA (international), delivery
on weekends, official U.S. holidays, back orders, pre-orders,
special orders, or otherwise items not in current stock can not be delivered within the 5 business day guarantee. |

Shipping must be within the Continental U.S.A. to receive
the 5 business day guarantee. International orders and
orders where customer requests to ship other than FEDEX, such as USPS, no delivery shipping refund guarantee is
offered. This is partially due to customs processing, other customs delays, or delays that may occur with your
local area postal service. Generally international orders are delivered within 5-7 business days world wide. |
