All loss or damage claims are reported directly to FEDEX and are
good up to (USA) $500.00 unless additional insurance was purchased at the time of an order. Orderd shipped USPS
are insured up to $100.00 unless additional insurance was purchased at time of order.
We will help you process your claim.
All damaged items during transit must be returned with original
shipping box and packing materials or a damage claim may not be honored by our shipper (FEDEX).
FEDEX will pick up your original shipping box and order contents at no charge. |
